The God Of Electricity
[CD : Released December 2000 : Centaur Discs : CENCD 028]

This and Zabriskie Point were completed at a time in the band's life when we couldn't release albums as quickly as we were recording them. They are therefore presented ipso
facto as archive releases. 'God' was significant in that it was built from separately recorded sections to form an hour-long exploration of the band's darker/denser side. Sonic
exploration is the order of the day although parts two and four incorporate RMI's traditional sequencer patterns, and part six provides a little light relief in the form of a
guitar led piece a la 'A Minute's Silence'. Oh and yes, that is our very own thunderstorm at the end, recorded during the making of the album.

 Time & Motion
Featuring guest musician Martin Archer on all things woodwinds, the band takes their foundation of sequencer based material and stretches out the space within the beats (and for
some the tracks on the album, there are no beats...so think about all that space!) The band is more interested in letting a scenic vibe come across, and it's one that you might
not have expected after hearing an album like Rain Falls In Gray but it's more in the vibe of Philadelphia Air Shot in the idea of taking a starting point of an idea
and letting it take control...
